How to print posters?

Pre-print Checklist

  • Make sure you have assigned the correct execution mode to the items in your agenda i.e., group, team, duo, or individual.





  • Make sure you have the correct number of posters for each agenda item, e.g., if you choose 2, and your execution mode is team, the process will generate 2 posters for each team.




Physical Assets


with your session open, generate the physical posters for your session.


1. Press play 




2. A new tab will open, click “Print physical posters.”




3. A new tab will open with the printable posters; check you have a numbered poster for each group, and  follow the next steps:

Save your poster file as a PDF from your web browser:

  • Right-click and select Print.
  • Choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialogue box.
  • Set the margins to None.
  • Select the Background graphics check-box (this may be hidden under “More Options”).


NOTE: Use Chrome to save your poster files.


Posters’ printing size 

91.44 x 142 cm, or

36x56 inches, or

AO Size

Material

Print your posters on standard 20# paperWe don’t recommend more rigid materials.



Printing your Posters 

E-mail your PDF to your local print shop for poster production.


Printing posters sample E-mail

 Hello [FRIENDLY, NEIGHBORHOOD PRINT SHOP/UPS STORE], I would like to print the attached pdf as large format posters. Please blow up the source art to 36x56 inches, and print one of each pdf page on standard 20# paper. I will need these posters ready by [DATE]. Please let me know if you can accommodate this order. Thank you, [NAME]
