How to edit virtual poster names in bulk

If you're hosting a session for a lot of individuals, say 50 people, you may need to change the name of the virtual posters automatically generated by the Next Lab. So that instead of "Individual 1" you wanted to read "Carlos' Poster", and so if "Individual 1" appeared more than once, this task might become cumbersome. 

So we've developed a way for you to do it, just once, and this will be changed on all the posters of the session.

In order to edit the virtual poster names in bulk, go to  sessions

Select a session

Click on  play

Then click on edit names

Make the changes you desire
