How to create a session for a specific time zone

On the Next Lab, you can now create a session with a different timezone than your own, meaning that all sessions now have a different Time Zone, and the session’s owner controls them.
This means that you can work on a session in San Francisco but configure it for Paris because you will be delivering it in Paris, so now you can see the session’s real-time zone.
